Service Description

Vaginal steaming stems from ancient practice and is thought to cleanse the vagina and uterus, regulate the menstrual cycle, ease the pain of period cramps and reduce bloating. It is also said to aid healing and soothing after childbirth. The practice is also very meditative. The Yoni steam process involves sitting over a steaming pot of herb-infused water, generally for about 10-30 minutes per session depending on your body’s constitution and menstrual cycle history. As the steam rises and the herbs penetrate vaginal tissue, it is thought that the vagina and uterus are cleansed and soothed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelled appointments will be charged at 50% of the service cost. A credit card on file will be required at the time of booking any service.
